Duties will include:

• Greeting customers
• Assess customer needs, and make suggestions based on those assessments
• Communicate with shop technicians
• Prepare estimates/quotes and communicate them to customers using our digital multi-point tools
• Collect payments
• Book service appointments
• Customer retention calls

You should have minimum 2+ years customer service experience

Have good mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems/components

Have excellent communication and organizational skills
